We actively engage in leadership initiatives designed to empower individuals and organizations to shape the direction of South Florida. Presidental Lecture Series

Noel M. Tichy - March 3, 2008
Noel M. Tichy is the author of Control Your Destiny or Someone Else Will, The Leadership Engine, The Cycle of Leadership, and many other business best sellers. He is a professor at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and has spent decades studying and teaching leadership and advising top CEO’s such as Jack Welch and Howard Schultz. His newest book Judgment, How Winning Leaders Make Great Calls will be the focus of his lecture.

Rosabeth Moss Kanter - March 24, 2008
Rosabeth Moss Kanter is an internationally known business leader, educator and award-winning author. She holds a chaired professorship at the Harvard Business School, advises major corporations and government entities worldwide and is the author and co-author of over 300 articles and 13 books. Rosabeth provides decision makers from all fields with the strategies required to deal with emerging technologies and shows how to harness the potential of innovation and entrepreneurship to improve business.
